The ceiling artifact, a new type of ceiling installation tool, is currently widely used in China. The appearance of the ceiling artifact is beautiful and elegant, and it is comfortable to hold. It is not only fast to suspend the ceiling, but also hits the left, right, and ground. It is safer and more convenient than traditional electric hammers or nail drivers. Perhaps there are still many people who do not know much about the ceiling artifact at present. The editor of this issue will introduce the specific models and uses of ceiling artifact nails in detail.

Today, we mainly introduce the integrated nail for ceiling artifact (mini nail shooter cannot be used).

The most widely used ceiling artifact is the integrated ceiling screw, also known as the ceiling integrated nail. As the name implies, the iron sheet of a nail has threaded holes with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. This threaded hole just fits into the screw rod, also known as the suspender or screw. Then continue to link the keel down to achieve the ceiling installation of the roof.

In addition to ceiling integral nails, the most commonly used ones are 32mm round fire nails, which are mainly used for installation and fixation, such as fixing angle iron, fixing door and window connecting pieces, fixing brackets, fixing fire equipment, and so on. There are also 32 square fire nails, the main purpose of which is the same as circular nails.

In addition to the 32mm long fire nails, there are also 42mm long fire nails, which are also divided into circular and square pieces. The main function of this type of nail is to fix a 2cm thick wooden keel. Because the length of the nail is 42mm, it is not very effective to directly hit concrete and fix angle iron.

42mm fire nail, also known as 42 wooden dragon nailThe following is an introduction to pipe clamp nails, which are used to fix water pipes. According to the outer diameter of the water pipe, it can be divided into 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm. Can be fixed to different sizes of water pipes, nail length is 32mm long.

In addition to the above nails, there are also some less commonly used 47 wooden keel nails. The length of the nails is 47 mm, and the nails are slightly thinner than the conventional 32 mm nails. They are mainly used to fix wood keels with a thickness of 2-3 centimeters, with very good results;

There is also an L-shaped wooden keel nail, which is also used for the fixation of wooden keels. This fixation method requires the use of self-tapping screws. The ceiling artifact is used to first drive the nail into the roof, with many holes in the iron sheet. After fixing the nail, the wooden keel is then fixed to the L-shaped iron sheet with self-tapping screws to achieve the fixation effect.
